In November, 3,166 k of goods were transported from Dalian, China, providing all the aerial coverage in network of our services to this new customer Euroneck. In November, we were awarded the Transport and Logistic Operation of Materials Service with this important mining company in the Antofagasta region. The execution of this service is for 5 years, providing storage and distribution services from our warehouses in Antofagasta and Santiago to the mining site in Sierra Gorda. In December, an extension of the national logistics operator contract of CODELCO was agreed until July 2021, which confirms the service and trust given to the customer and positions us as leaders of operation logistics in the mining industry. In November, REPORT started Storage, Cleaning and other services in Outer Harbor Portezuelo in Antofagasta city. The execution is for one year with automatic renewal for the same contract period, providing the following services: supervision of the premises; weighing of gondolas, trucks and rotainers; cleaning, and gardening. In January, REPORT started operations with the attendance to two ships at the Punta Arenas Port, providing unloading services of 30,000 tons per ship of Clinker and Gypsum from the holds, among other raw material for the fabrication of Cement.WE WORK TO BE AT THE LEVEL OF OUR CUSTOMERS Innovating in mining This is a company 100% owned by AGUNSA that aims to the cargo carriage of mining customers. It started its operations in November with cutting-edge technology equipment for the control of fleet and online training of drivers. All of this with the support of the Scania Fleet Management platform, which indicates in real time the positioning, performance, and evaluation of drivers in relation to the management of the equipment, driving times, etc. The equipment is connected to the platform each time they start a service, so they are being monitored constantly, allowing to provide feedback to the drivers in order to continuously improve, minimizing the risks and ensuring a quality service and delivery of the cargo in time and manner. The respective tractor trailers with their low beds and ramps with mining standard and specially equipped, are operational and working in an important contract at national level. To do so, a country representative was chosen as an entry point to determine bilateral periodic meetings among agencies, to exchange information to strengthen the network commercial management. A foreign trade data base was purchased as support for those agencies that did not have statistical data.
