AGUNSA bets on the Logistics development in Central America through Panama

On August 22nd, through AGUNSA Panama, and in conjunction with the representative in Panama and Central America for the GEN group, Mr. Francisco Cruz, a business breakfast was organized in order to present the diverse private and public actors in the region, the different business areas that encompass the company, focusing primarily in the initiation of activities in the Colon Free Zone (ZLC), from where an integral service to local and international businesses is to be offered, utilizing Panama as a logistics HUB for the rest of the world.

The event counted with the participation of thirteen embassies and their commercial attaches from Central America, the Caribbean and South America, the Vice Minister of Foreign Trade of Panama, Mr. Nestor Gonzalez and the General Manager for ZLC, Mr. Manuel Grimaldo, in conjunction with executives from AGUNSA Central America, headed by its Corporate Logistics Manager, Mr. Rodrigo Jimenez.

The above aims to enhance the activity of services provided by the AGUNSA Network in Central America, where it seeks to develop a comprehensive regional service, standardizing the various conditions of each particular market.
