Air Canada introduces ticket change flexibility

Air Canada, an airline represented by AGUNSA, implemented new measures to allow for flexibility in ticket exchange.

In this way, passengers can make a change in their flight date without penalty until April 30, 2021, with only a difference in fare and/or taxes being applied if applicable. This will be valid for reservations until April 15, 2020, and with an original travel date until April 30, 2021.

For those that purchased a non-refundable ticket, they will be able to use the amount paid as credit to pay for future trips, which must be completed within 24 months from the date of the cancellation of the original flight.

For detailed information on all exchange or return policies, they must visit www.aircanada.com
